User Journey Map
Through the user journey map, the whole process from understandingvoluntary teaching to completing voluntary teaching was analyzed, aswell as the goals, attitude and actions of users at each stage. Finally.pain points and opportunity points are obtained.
Opportunity
Through the analysis of the pain points and opportunities at eachstage of the user journey, it is fnally determined that there is a lack ofa platform for integrating information of voluntary teaching and acommunity for users to communicate. In addition, in the early stagesof voluntary teaching, more attention needs to be paid to safetyissues, and there is a lack of products to help users avoid danger, getout of danger quickly, or get help when danger occurs.
Establish a platform to integrate related information of voluntary echoing, and gather related people to form a community
Provide function for exchanging information and feedbacks each voluntary teaching program
Provide safety related info and let people to co-create the safety map
Provide useful features, such as fake calls, to get out of danger or quickly get help from others
Avoid danger by providing safe routes and avoiding dangerous places as much as possible
